Who can buy from SlimLife Med?
Licensed clinicians, prescribers, and clinics — MDs, DOs, NPs, PAs operating in a state where they hold an active license. We are strictly business-to-business. We do not sell to patients.

Are your prices really the prices?
Yes. The catalog price is the per-vial price you will be quoted in the partner portal. Add the per-script fulfillment fee ($30) and optional next-day shipping ($20). No volume minimums for standard SKUs.

Who actually fills the orders?
A US-licensed, PCAB-accredited 503A compounding pharmacy partner. We handle the front-of-funnel relationship; they handle compounding and fulfillment. We do not name the partner publicly, but their credentials and licensure are surfaced in your portal during onboarding.

How fast is fulfillment?
24–48 hour processing in most cases. Standard cold-chain shipping included. Optional next-day shipping for an additional $20.

What states do you ship to?
All 50 states. Some controlled-substance categories may have state-by-state restrictions handled at script processing.

Do I need a DEA number?
For non-controlled compounded preparations like Tirzepatide, Semaglutide, NAD+, glutathione, sermorelin, and methylcobalamin, no. For Testosterone Cypionate (HRT), yes — DEA is required at credentialing.

What happens after I submit the application?
Within one business day, we reach out to confirm fit and answer questions. If we’re aligned, we submit you to the partner pharmacy on your behalf. They handle license verification, send service contracts for e-signature, and email portal credentials. Once you’re in the portal, you can submit single or batch scripts directly.

Can I batch-submit scripts?
Yes. The partner portal supports both single scripts and batch submissions, with ship-to-patient or ship-to-clinic per order.

What is the return / guarantee policy?
Money-back guarantee available on initial orders, to support clinics validating the relationship without risk. Standard policies apply on subsequent orders — handled in the portal.

How do you make money?
We are an independent sales organization. The partner pharmacy compensates us on the spread between their wholesale floor and our published clinic price. Our pricing is set so that you get genuinely competitive per-vial rates and we earn a sustainable margin without changing your costs.

Is this FDA-approved?
Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. They are prepared per individual prescription by a state-licensed and PCAB-accredited compounding pharmacy under USP <797> and <800> standards.
